Program Manager Transformation Support
Pauline Warrior joined UNCF in 2021 with a desire to serve, following a career spanning various industries in public and private sectors including expertise in program management, economic development, international business development, and corporate relations.
She is responsible for building strong relationships with faculty and staff at member institutions, along with external stakeholders and engagement partners. She also manages multiple programs to strengthen thought partnership, enhance institutional transformation and implement growth initiatives.
A native Atlantan, Pauline is a political science graduate of Georgia State University and is licensed and certified to teach international protocol, cross-cultural awareness, business etiquette, and image consciousness through The Protocol School of Washington. Her genuine love for people is expressed through her personal mantra, “As long as tomorrow comes, the best is yet to come.”
