The UNITE 2025 Summit brought together more than 1,300 leaders, students, and partners from across the HBCU ecosystem for five days of collaboration, innovation, and collective action.

Hosted by UNCF’s Institute for Capacity Building, this year’s theme—Together We Lead—highlighted the power of shared leadership to strengthen institutions, advance equity, and accelerate transformation across higher education.
