Job Description

The Transformation Support Intern will support the Institute for Capacity Building (ICB) at UNCF in delivering high-impact transformation strategies to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). This internship provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in higher education transformation, project management, and institutional engagement.

The intern will work closely with the Transformation Support team to assist with research, data analysis, meeting logistics, institutional outreach, and documentation of promising practices. They will also gain exposure to national transformation efforts, philanthropic partnerships, and the critical work of equipping HBCUs with the tools and strategies needed for long-term success.
