Program Manager, Knowledge Management

The Program Manager, Knowledge Management will have the principal responsibility to collect, manage and analyze data about partner institutions to help inform transformation efforts and the Institute for Capacity Building’s (ICB) overall strategy. This individual will also monitor the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, using that information to seed future projects and investments, and to help narrate the promise of Black higher education at HBCUs. They will also work with the Director of Knowledge Management to secure funding to support building the data and decision-making capacities of HBCUs.

The successful candidate is a highly motivated self-starter. They can work autonomously and have the capacity to collaborate when necessary. The Program Manager, Knowledge Management should be detail-oriented, communicate effectively, and have a strong understanding of program management and evaluation.
