Joseph M. Peterson, a Montgomery, AL native, is a seasoned program manager recognized for his process-driven approach, servant leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit. With expertise in data management, process improvement, budgeting, and program execution, Joseph has successfully led diverse teams and projects across various industries.

As the Program Manager for Technical Assistance & Training at Chromatic Black, Joseph developed virtual workshop solutions, designed a narrative change training curriculum, and conducted demographic research for grant applications. His efforts in organizing vaccination events in rural Alabama and Georgia led to the distribution of over 10,000 vaccinations, demonstrating his dedication to community health and equity.

Joseph is a proud graduate of Alabama State University, with earlier studies at Tuskegee University, earning skills in business administration, project management, and architectural design. He is also an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
