UNCF Launches Advisory Talent Bank for HBCUs

The UNCF Institute for Capacity Building (ICB) is launching the Advisory Talent Bank, a selective national network of experienced professionals committed to supporting Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) through high-impact, mission-driven engagements. The initiative connects seasoned leaders and subject matter experts with institutions navigating strategic transitions, leadership gaps, and critical institutional priorities.

More than a traditional consulting pool, the Talent Bank provides HBCUs with access to trusted experts for short-term advisory projects, interim leadership roles, and technical assistance that strengthens institutional capacity and long-term sustainability.

Ideal candidates include former presidents, senior administrators, and experienced professionals in areas such as finance, enrollment, advancement, and institutional strategy. Selected participants will join a community of leaders dedicated to advancing the mission and future of HBCUs. Interested in serving HBCUs through the Advisors-in-Residence Talent Bank?
