In the midst of the pandemic, HBCUs have focused on the their social, emotional or mental well being. UNCF and the Steve Fund announced a two-year multi-layered partnership.
With capacity-building support from UNCF, HBCUs will offer one-on-one success coaching to help thousands of students of color chart pathways to and through college.
The HBCUs-LTSS Careers Initiative brings together leaders from UNCF, HBCUs, and LeadingAge to develop strategies for expanding the capacity of HBCUs to prepare students for jobs in the LTSS field.
